(I got new classmates this week, now we have more than five classmates in the class! We bought Korean food to go, then we ate at Herald Square Park.)
After afternoon class, we also shared hot dog combo and a burger meal with my new Korean classmate. It’s a good beginning to know more new friends!
(The next day, only me wanted to have soup noodles, so I went to a Korean restaurant to eat Vietnam beef noodles ( I know it sounds weird.) I also tried a smoothies like pearl milk tea. Tasted not bad, but too expensive! ( 16 bucks) ps. They always think I am a Korean too.
This afternoon my Brazilian classmate taught us Samba, so interesting. I want to learn everything!
(After school, my Korean friend, Shinil,( whose name pronounces similar with mine) and I went to take Tram to Roosevelt Island.
Getting closer to admire Queensboro Bridge is amazing. We were lucky that the weather was so nice! We took lots of pictures, because of the marvelous view.
(Where we take the Tram is nice and peaceful. I asked the information center, and they said they just called it “Tram” instead of ”cable car”. In Taiwan, cable cars are popular, always crowded on weekends.)
( I am looking for a residence. When I see the building, I wish I were rich enough to afford the rent!)
( We can take Tram by monthly pass. The different way to view NYC!)
(There is a kind of driver to control it. The travelling time is around 10 mins.)
(We were back to Manhattan. From this side, we could see the busy traffic.)
(We took Tram back to Roosevelt Island for seeing two sides of views.)
(We went to try lottery of Wicked for getting discount tickets. It’s the most popular Broadway show so far! Before 6 o’clock, we signed our names to win tickets. He was rolling to get 15 lucky names!)
(Everyone thinks they will be the winner!)
(OMG! Shinil got it! He was so excited! We won cheaper tickets! I believed I brought luck! )
(Let’s check the regular price. Our seats cost 126.25 USD! We spent 26 USD to watch the show. We saved 200 bucks.)
( We sat at the first middle row in front of the stage.)
(I took thousands of pictures, because I am from Asia!)
After a quick dinner, we went back to the theater. It was taken in the lobby.
Inside the theater, it shows all stuff related to the show.
The stage and the seats. It’s hard to take pictures inside here, but I still took some for you!
The orchestra was just below of our seats.
The show is talked about a witch…all right, I admitted I didn’t know about it before I watched it…
It’s so popular! The tickets were almost sold out! At this moment, a staff said it’s not allowed to take photos here.
Who cares! We just took our pictures. Ya! We were excited about watching it!
This show is very humorous and also touched. The main roles’ performances were really great! I like the role Kristin, seeing that she is outgoing and shows typical American girly behaviors! I want to play this role.
I hope I can play any kinds of roles and act on the stage. Being an actress is one of my dreams!
