1028.29 Halloween Costume and First snowy day @ Welcome to My World

令人期待的萬聖節快來了！這個活動將會是我來紐約後第一個大節日，所以我當然要投身參加！雖然人生地不熟，還不知道能去哪裡參加萬聖節遊行，不過決定今天下課後一定要去好好物色我的萬聖節服裝！

(One of the biggest events –Halloween, is coming, it would be my first big holiday in New York! Of course I wouldn’t skip it! Actually so far I hadn’t had any idea about it, but I decided to but my Halloween costume after school.)

從我來紐約後，我每天都好想喝咖啡和甜點！下課後和韓國朋友會合後，還先繞到韓國城買來解饞~還看到跟我同一天進來的情侶同學，他們非常有型，我猜他們來自義大利(現在寫的時候就確定果然是義大利來的!)

(I don’t know why I am hunger for desserts and coffee so much after I arrived in NYC. I came to this good Korean bakery. I saw my schoolmates; they are a couple and very fashionable, I guess they are form Italy!)

用Yelp查了一下萬聖節的專門店，繞了半天發現連進場都要排隊，真的見識到了他們對這個節日的期待性。

(We had to queue up to enter the Halloween store. Everyone looked forward to Halloween!)

對我們來說這種專門店好特別，大家很認真的思考要扮演什麼角色。我呢，則想當殭屍或恐怖的鬼!

(There are lots of special role-play costumes for people to change their looks. So interesting, I hoped I could find zombies’ or horrible costumes!)

沒辦法賣關子了!我想你們都知道最後我買什麼服裝…

(Guess what I got? I think you have already known it!)

下課後都太晚了，我只能在附近吃點東西，跟韓國朋友一起就吃韓國料理啦!結果怎麼選到中國炒飯!韓文不懂就算了也看不懂英文…

( After shopping, it was very late. We had Korean food because I went with Korean friend. I really like Korean meals, but why I ordered Chinese fried rice!? It was a mistake!)

吃飽了和韓國朋友一起來試妝，太好玩啦!非常投入我的角色!!我是邪惡性感的吸血鬼女爵！ (We went back to my residence and tried my Vampiress make-up! I want your blood!!)

He is a …, actually we didn’t know what kind of role he played…

看到照片還嚇到自己！( How could a vampires scare herself!?)

我要吃了你!(請自動忽略我的豬窩!) ( Wait for me until midnight!! Please ignore my pig sty!)

真期待萬聖節的到來! ( Halloween!!! Ya!)

這幾天好冷喔!今天起來發現手機下雪了! (It was so cold during these days! When I woke up, I saw it was snowing. I checked my smart phone and it showed the snow! Wow! Only 1 degree!)

在床上賴了好久，還伸手想去摸雪，不過馬上就融化了，這是我第一個下雪天，再冷也要出門!

( I stayed on the bed to watch the snow, and even opened my window to touch it, but it melted so soon! I had to go out to feel the first snowy day!)

我不敢想像這樣的景象會在不久的將來會常常出現！

(I can’t imagine snowy days will be very normal in the nearly future!)

其實這樣的地面非常滑，步步維艱，幾乎要滑倒了。

(The floor is slippery because of a little snow, I almost slipped on the ice!)

Pumpkins are covered with snow! Does it mean the winter is coming?

So romantic but mad cold!

外面冷到不行，趕緊跑進購物中心，東西很多，我買了一些飾品增加我萬聖節服裝的說服力。但是好巧不巧在我要結帳前收銀機壞掉！我浪費了30分株以上等結帳，她們的服務態度也實在很沒效率，為了$20的小東西還不能付現金，叫我在不同的櫃台等來等去，明明大排長龍還動作非常慢!氣!)

(I went to Manhattan Center to get some accessories for my Halloween costume. It was unlucky just before I checked out, the cashiers were broken. I waited for such a looong time! I hate the clerks’ careless and slow attitude.)

我和同班同學Charlie約好陪他去逛逛萬聖節的商店，又濕又冷就是真正下雪天的感受!一起去學校附近的披薩店享用熱騰騰的pizza!而且我吃得跟他一樣多!!!(I met my classmate Charlie to buy his Halloween costume. We felt wet and cold and rushed to a pizza place to keep warm! I ate as much as him!)
